TorchMedia promotes two key team members to Sales Director

It has been an exciting year for TorchMedia having successfully resecured its rights to external advertising on Sydney Trains and expanding the offering to include Internals. This concession win follows the addition of Harbour City Ferries earlier in the year.

Strong year-on-year growth and an expanding asset base have led to a rapidly growing sales team, ably lead by two newly appointed Sales Directors, Matt Fisher and Aaron Morton.

Kirsty Dollisson, Managing Director of TorchMedia said,

“Both Matt and Aaron have been passionate and dedicated employees having shown exceptional ability to secure investment in Transit Out-of-Home while illustrating the vital qualities required as a leader. I’m confident of their drive to take TorchMedia to the next level.”

Aaron Morton has been at Torch for 18 months and brings a wealth of experience to the position having worked across numerous media platforms including Print, TV and most recently Magazines at Bauer.

Morton said, “These are exciting times for TorchMedia and I’m thrilled to take on the position as Sales Director as we continue to grow as a powerhouse within the Transit Out-of-Home space”.

Matt Fisher is a long-standing employee of TorchMedia with over 10 years’ experience in media sales. Matt has been instrumental in repositioning Torch as a Transit media company and convincing the media fraternity of the power of rail advertising.

Fisher says, “I am very excited to step up to the newly appointed. Outdoor media is in a fast moving and high growth phase. As a business we are looking forward to contributing to this continued growth for the sector. With a diverse suite of Transit media assets, TorchMedia has an offering that’s second to none.”
