The Outdoor Media Association (OMA) continues its journey of innovation with the development of a centralised buying platform called CORE.

CORE will make it easier to buy OOH advertising

CORE (Centralised Outdoor Response Engine) is a platform that makes it easier to buy Out of Home (OOH), through allowing media agencies to request proposals directly from OMA member companies, evaluate the received proposals and generate MOVE reports all through one easy-to-use portal. Agencies can confirm bookings and connect to their billings system within the same platform.


What you can do in CORE:

  • Agency users can create and manage a campaign, including briefing relevant companies and responding to queries on briefs, right thorugh to MOVE evaluation, revised proposals, booking requests and exporting to billings
  • Operator users can query the brief, respond to a brief with a proposal, action proposals revisions, apply variations to bookings, and provide billing information to Agency users to export
  • Communication between Agency and Operator users regarding campaigns is all captured in CORE
  • MOVE reporting for proposals and campaigns are linked in the system


CORE covers all OMA Media Display member inventory, all signage Australia-wide, including MOVE measured and non-measured formats as well as metropolitan and regional areas.
