Charles Parry Okeden – Co-Founder and Global CEO, Executive Channel Holdings

Charles has over 25 years’ experience in the media industry. His media career commenced in radio before moving to the world of out of home advertising in 1993, a sector which has become a lifelong passion. Charles spent 13 years working at Buspak Advertising Group, including when it merged with Cody and Australian Posters to create APN Outdoor. In 2005 Charles' entrepreneurial spirit saw him co-found Executive Channel (ECN). In his role of Global CEO Charles has overseen two successful capital raising's, the sale of the Australian ECN business in 2016, and the continued expansion of ECN across Europe, with operations today in the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. In 2008 Charles established a highly successful B2B business with the launch of Australian Media Channel Pty Ltd (Media i & MI-3). Today Media i is Australia's most consumed trade media channel amongst media agency planner/buyers with more than 200 screens deployed in 70 offices across Australia. Charles is also President of Media EYE France a joint venture between ECH and Offremedia. In 2017 Charles was the first media owner to be inducted into the Media Federation of Australia Hall of Fame. Today Charles continues, in his capacity as Global CEO of Executive Channel Holdings Pty Ltd (ECH), to manage and drive growth of the ECH group of companies and investments. The OMA following its Annual General Meeting, 21 May 2019, announced the official appointment of Charles Parry-Okeden as the independent chair of the OMA and MOVE.

Brad Bishopp – CEO and Managing Director, Bishopp Outdoor Advertising

Brad is the Managing Director, CEO and co-founder of Bishopp Outdoor Advertising. An advocate for industry professionalism and contribution to the community, Brad recognises outdoor advertising as a key contributor to local and national business growth. This is demonstrated through Bishopp’s Queensland membership in the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) for the past 24 years. Brad was previously a director of the OMA Board from 2006 to 2017 and rejoined in 2020.

Brendon Cook – CEO, oOh!media

Brendon Cook founded oOh!media in 1989. With over 41 years’ experience in outdoor advertising, Brendon has been at the forefront of the Out Of Home advertising business in Australia and New Zealand, creating a multi-award winning company and being actively involved in pioneering the industry’s move into digital. Under Brendon’s leadership, the business continues to deliver strong growth through organic growth, strategic acquisitions and the development and introduction of several new environments to capitalise on the growth in digital and people’s increasing habits away from home. Brendon is a founding and current board member of the Outdoor Media Association and was instrumental in the development of the MOVE (Measurement of Outdoor Visibility and Exposure) project, a system that allowed for improved accuracy in reporting measurable outcomes to clients using Out Of Home media. Brendon is the International Vice President of the Federation European Publicite Exterieur (FEPE) a Global Out Of Home industry body, the first Australian to sit on the Board in the organization’s 50 year history. 

Noel Cook – Chief Commercial and Operations Officer, oOh!media

Noel has close to 30 years’ experience in the Out of Home (OOH) industry, covering all critical business functions from sales to product development, asset rollouts to operations and commercial contract management to business development. Through this diversified experience, Noel brings valuable insight to decision making and leadership across multiple aspects of the oOh! business. Having been a member of oOh!’s Executive Leadership Team for 20 years, Noel is cognizant of not only the history of the industry and the business but is among the best placed media leaders in the country to identify the opportunities and implement the ideas that will drive the long term growth of oOh! and the OOH industry in the future.

Kirsty Dollisson - Managing Director, TorchMedia

Kirsty has over 23 years of experience within the Out of Home (OOH) industry. Kirsty started her career in media sales with Boyer International Outdoor and Boyer Sports Media, selling airport and sporting ground advertising. After five years in OOH media sales across large format, retail and transit, Kirsty moved into marketing and accountability where she played a key role in developing the Eye Drive, Eye Fly and Eye Shop brands for Eye Corp (now oOh!Media). In 2007 Kirsty launched the TorchMedia brand with a significant retail portfolio including Woolworths In-Store Media. She has since been the driving force behind the Company’s development of a comprehensive transit Out of Home offering reaching nearly half of all Eastern Seaboard public transport commuters. Kirsty is the Chair of the OMA Sales & Marketing Committee and has been a Director of the OMA since 2017.

Andrew Hines – Chief Operating Officer, JCDecaux

Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer of JCDecaux and is responsible for driving the strategic commercial direction of the business in Australia and New Zealand. Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience in the Outdoor industry and is one of its leading executives. His Outdoor career started in 1993 at Cody Outdoor. When Cody was acquired by APN News and Media Ltd (now HT&E Ltd), he became the latter’s Chief Financial Officer, working across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. He became Chief Operating Officer of APN Outdoor in 2006 and was a key part of the management team during the successful IPO of that business in 2014.

Steve O'Connor – CEO, JCDecaux

Steve has over 29 years of experience in the Out of Home industry having started as Sales Manager with Buspak in 1990, promoted to Sales Director in 1993 and then appointed CEO of Buspak Hong Kong three years later. Steve returned to Australia in 1998 to become CEO for Buspak Australia and New Zealand. During his six years in this role, Steve grew the organisation and established himself as a dynamic and leading force in the OOH industry. In 2004, Steve joined JCDecaux Australia as CEO and is currently responsible for more than 500 staff and a varied portfolio including street furniture, billboards, airports and transit advertising in Australia & New Zealand. Steve has been a Director of the OMA and MOVE since 2004.

John O'Neill - CEO, QMS Media

John has over 24 years of experience in the Out of Home industry developing and leading sales teams at QMS Media, EyeCorp, Media Puzzle and oOh!media. As CEO of QMS Media, John is instrumental to the business’s strong growth and performance as he leads and manages the multi-platform Australian media business. John has been a Director of the OMA and MOVE since 2018.

Chris Tyquin – Joint Managing Director, goa Billboards

Chris is a 30-year-plus veteran of the Out of Home industry and is one of the most experienced professionals in the business. A former Chairman of the OMA, he has been responsible for some of the industry’s most innovative research studies and played a key role in the development of MOVE. Chris has been a Director of the OMA and MOVE since 2014.
